So Cal West Coast Electric, Inc. “SCWCE” We are a family owned and operated company located in Banning, CA. We have been in the Banning / Beaumont area since the conception of our company in 1981. Because of our continued growth we recently constructed a new 60,000 SF facility in Banning that houses the infrastructure and space needed to enhance our operations and allow us to function at a high capacity.
